WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE CLICK & COLLECT AS MY SHIPPING METHOD?

If your local store has sold out of something you love, simply buy it online in your size and chosen colour and get it sent there.

No more missing deliveries and travelling to and from the post office. Pick your order up when it’s convenient for you, even on the weekends!

Can’t get to your local store during one of our amazing sales? Buy your items online and we’ll send you an SMS when they’re ready to collect.

All orders over $150 are shipped free! Orders under $150 are shipped for only $12.95.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO START SHOPPING

  1. Shop our fabulous range and add to your online shopping bag just like normal.
  2. Make sure you're logged in to your W.Lane account.
  3. During the checkout process, simply select ‘Pick up from Store’ as your delivery method.
  4. Choose the store that you would like to pick up from.
  5. You will receive a text message (SMS) when your order is ready to pick up. This will be within 7-14 days.
  6. When you arrive at your chosen store to pick up, make sure you have a copy of the email order or your text message (SMS) as well as a form of photo I.D.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS  

Click & Collect delivery option is available online to W.Lane stores in Australia only.

Please note that during major sales events and promotions, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable.

The relevant Click & Collect store will contact you via email and SMS (where a mobile number has been provided) when your order is ready for collection.

Orders will generally be available for collection within 3-14 business days from the date that you place the order.

In peak trading periods or where item/s in your order are not available and need to be sourced from another fulfilment location, this may result in delays in fulfilment.

W.Lane will notify you of the delays and discuss alternative arrangements.

Click & Collect orders cannot be modified or cancelled once your order has been confirmed. In this instance the order will be sent to your nominated store and then, if required, you will have to return it.

All Click & Collect orders have the same returns policy as online orders. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 28 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection.

If your order is not collected within this time, the relevant Click & Collect store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you.

An administration fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.

When collecting your goods at the Click & Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect notification email and photo identification.

If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect notification email and photo identification at the time of collection.You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.

WHAT IS CLICK & COLLECT?   

Click & Collect is a fast and convenient service which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from our stores. If your items aren't available at your local store, we'll ship them to your home at no extra cost.   

Simply place your order online, choose the store most convenient W.Lane store for you and we'll send you an SMS as soon as it's ready to collect.   

Click & Collect orders are available for free pickup at all W.Lane stores, subject to stock availability.   

Please Note: During sale and promotional periods Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable or take longer to get ready.   

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?   

If you place your order before 3pm, your order will be ready to be picked up that same day! We’ll send you an SMS when your order is ready.

CAN I CANCEL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?   

Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it.  We have a range of ways you can return an item and are happy to provide a refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are NOT Final Sale items or Third Party Seller items.    

Returned items must be in an unused condition, in its original packaging including tags attached and accompanied with the Receipt, Returns Slip or a copy of the Invoice.  

For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings, underwear or swimwear. All refunds exclude delivery charges. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

WHY AREN’T ALL YOUR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?   

Unfortunately not all items on our website are available for Click & Collect. These include all Final Sale and all Third Party Seller items.    

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOT ALL OF MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS AVAILABLE? 

Unfortunately, if not all items in your order are available at the store, your whole order will be sent to your home address from our warehouse.    

WHY DID I HAVE TO PUT IN AN ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS?   

Unfortunately, if not all items in your order are available at the store, your whole order will be sent to your home address from our warehouse.    

DOES CLICK & COLLECT COST?   

Click & Collect is a free service for all our customers. You only have to pay for the items you purchase. Even if not all items in your order are available at the store, and your whole order is sent to your home address from our warehouse, we will still not charge you for delivery.     

WHAT IF I’M LATE PICKING UP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?   

You have 28 days from the day you order before your order will be sent back to our Online Returns Warehouse, where the refund will be processed.    

Our store team will do their very best to send you reminders, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee this service.
